Vice President Mahamudu Bawumia
Yaw Buabeng Asamoah, former
director of communications for the New Patriotic Party and former member of parliament for the Adentan constituency, has stated that Vice President Mahamadu Bawumia can never become president.
Mr. Buabeng Asamoah, the current campaign manager for Alan Kyeremateng, alleged that the Vice President lacked his own policies.
In an interview with Okay FM, Buabeng Asamoah claimed that Dr. Bawumia was not a member of the NPP and that he was invited to be Akufo-Addo's running colleague due to his economic expertise.
Mr. Buabeng Asamoah also denied ever endorsing Dr. Bawumia's candidacy for President, insisting that the Vice President can never become President.
According to him, Alan Kyeremateng has worked tirelessly for the NPP, and it is time for the Party to recognize his dedication.
