The soon-to-be-completed Ghana International complex will be the largest shopping complex in West Africa.
The location of the proposed development is at the intersection of Spintex Road and Agblezaa-Manet Road in Accra, directly opposite Kasa Global Villas and the Manet Police Station.The Ghana International Mall will offer 100,000 square meters of retail space and 150,000 square meters of residential space.
It features a swimming pool, a children's playground, and additional amusement areas, as well as parking for approximately 5,000 vehicles. The Ghana International Mall is expected to cost $250 million and will be one of the ten largest complexes in Africa once completed. Internet users' interest was piqued when Andy's Insights, a real estate YouTube channel, uploaded a video of the mall and briefly described it.
