Pastor David, the founder and senior pastor of Salvation Ministries International sends an important message to couples via a recent video shared with the public. He spoke about the act of sexual intercourse and warned them against not satisfying themselves.
He said, "Husband and wife must accept responsibility to satisfy each other sexually. No one party should be selfish. If one party knows how to do it better and make it more pleasurable, then teach the other party. It is not a sin. God created it for pleasure, you can't be holier than God.
He then read the book of 1 Corinthians 7:3.which says, "The marriage bed must be a place of mutuality - the husband seeking to satisfy his wife, the wife seeking to satisfy her husband" (MSG) and warned, "Don't be selfish during the act but satisfy yourselves. Don't rush the act and get up but ensure you please one another. This is the Bible and you cannot be holier than God.
Finally, he said that churches will never preach it, but people are having problems. This is where problems are in marriage but they won't tell you. All they will be saying is, "love your wife." Marriage is not a place to "stand up for your rights." Marriage is a decision to serve the other, whether in bed or out. 1 Corinthians 7:4.
