I regret sacrificing my mother, my son and my brother to gain followers in my church and become rich

James(not his real name)who is one of the most influential pastors in Nairobi regrets Sacrificing his family members to gain followers in the church and become wealthy.

According to him, when he was ordained as a pastor and opened his church in Nairobi, he didn't get followers as he thought. He started attending dioceses meetings to learn from others.

One day an archbishop approached him and asked him to meet him on a certain date. He asked him what made him so active in attending the dioceses meetings. He told him that he wanted to learn from other pastors how they raised and had mega-churches.

The archbishop told him that if he wanted to gain followers, he had to sacrifice 6 people every year from his church and had to sign a contract of 10 years using his blood which was cut on his finger. He was also asked to sacrifice one of his siblings.

After a few months, one of his brothers died in a road accident. His church grew big and rich people become his followers. His business also thrived but people could die Mysteriously from his church. After ten years, his contract expired and the archbishop called him.

He told him, that he had to sacrifice his mother and his elder son to renew the contract and would also be appointed to become a leader. He told them to give him time to think about it. He wanted to be out of that group and removed the ring that he had been given.

After a few months, he asked his driver to take his mother and his son to an event in Murang'a. They were involved in an accident and died on the spot but the driver was unhurt. He regrets joining the cult and he is now looking for ways to leave the cult.
