Recall that brand influencer Maria Benjamin Chike was called out by Nigerian entertainer Cubana Chief Priest a few months ago for dating his sister's spouse, Kelvin Anene. Many people criticized her for attempting to end a couple's marriage by dating a married man.
Consequently, in a recent interview with Chudeity, Maria Chike Benjamin responded to this accusation by stating:
"When we first started dating, I didn't know whether or not he was married, but I stand by the fact that I did not destroy any marriage and that I never have and never will destroy any marriage."
Speaking about her alleged affair with Apostle Johnson Suleman and how she mistook Apostle Joshua Selman for the clergyman, the businesswoman revealed that she had to ask God for forgiveness when she realized she was speaking to Apostle Joshua Selman and not the individual with whom she was charged with having an affair.
