A Nigerian-born musician who is popularly known as Davido has sincerely disclosed that he has been staying home on Sundays without going to church for not less than three years and also not greater than three years.
According to the versatile, talented, and award-winning musician Davido, he has kept himself at home on Sundays for three good years without forcing himself to even try an inch to go behind the premises of his church.
I have been busy with my music career and some other works which have kept me far away from attending church on Sundays. It is obvious that this issue had to happen to me.
What happened in the past should stay in the past, but for now, I am ready to go to church after three years of absence.
I also thank God for being good to me in these three years that I never went to church.
"First time in church in 3 years. God is good", Davido wrote this as a post on his official Instagram handle.
After he posted this, his fans and followers expressed their ideas about what he uploaded.
Some wrote that they wouldn't have believed it if someone had said so because they think that they are the only people who have not gone to church for many years now.
Others also added that today that "Davido is going to church, the offering will increase more than usual."
