Hammer's father dies
Hammer of the Last Two, a legendary Ghanaian producer and sound engineer, and his family are in mourning following the death of his father, Jones Osei.
Hammer's father passed away on April 30, 2023.
On Sunday, the legendary producer who elevated Ghanaian hiplife during his heydays declared the shocking news via his Twitter account.
Hammer, whose real name is Edward Nana Poku Osei, tweeted about the death of his father: "Today I received that anticipated phone call that no one is ever quite prepared for... When I saw my father resting so peacefully in his bed, I could only think of a life well lived.
"Although April 30, 2023 will always be one of the saddest days of my life, the memories of my childhood up until this point appear to have the upper hand." Thank you for educating us well. Goodbye, Daddy. May your soul find eternal repose,"
