Kwadwo Afful, age 30, was beaten to death at Sehwi Ahibenso in the Bodi District of the Western North Region for refusing to account to his supervisor for wee sold.
Kwadwo Afful died prematurely after neglecting to return the money he received for selling the wee.
On Thursday morning, his lifeless body was left on the main thoroughfare of Ahibenso after he was beaten by a gang.
Daniel Kwasi Tawiah, the grandfather of the deceased, confirmed the sad incident to Onua FM's Emmanuel Sowah, explaining that he saw a crowd on the street and went there to find out what had happened, only to be told that some ghetto guys had beaten his grandchild to death for not paying back a wee he was given to sell by one of the ghetto guys.
He promptly notified the Bodi police, and the body was transported to the morgue of the Juaboso Government Hospital for further investigation.
The perpetrators are currently on the run.
Oliver Ackah, the deceased's sibling, stated that the family will not remain unconcerned until all of the perpetrators are apprehended.
He disclosed that those who murdered his younger brother are well-known in the community.
