Medical benefits men get from having regular Sex

Sun, 8 Jan 2023 Source: CHRIS NEWS MEDIA

Intercourse plays a crucial role in your relationship by fostering intimacy between you and your partner. Lovemaking is joyful, but it also provides a lot of advantages for your physical and emotional well-being.

It's easier to have satisfying lovemaking when you feel at ease with your partner, which increases orgasms and offers extra health benefits on its own.

Men are more likely to reap the benefits of intimate activity's positive health impacts than women across all age groups, according to studies.

Regular intercourse is essential because it protects against age-related chronic diseases like coronary artery disease, stroke, and several types of cancer.

0In this post, based on articles by Healthline and Medicalnewstoday I will explore how having good lovemaking impacts men's bodies:

Increased fertility

Less lovemaking or intimacy that only occurs during the ovulation window is counterproductive for couples who are trying to get pregnant. Studies have revealed that, especially after a period of infrequent lovemaking, daily intercourse significantly increases the volume of semen each release.

In other words, the more you and your partner practice, the more chance you have of winning when it comes time to play.

Decreased risk of prostate cancer

A lower risk of prostate cancer appears to be associated with frequent ejaculation. Over 50,000 American men between the ages of 40 and 75 participated in a 2004 study that was written up in the British Medical Journal and looked at their intimate lives.

Men who reported having 21 or more semen releases per month had a lower prostate cancer risk than those who had four to seven releases per month. The same outcomes were found in a follow-up study that was released in 2016.

Less erectile dysfunction

According to research, men who engage in an intimate activity regularly (at least once per week) appear to experience fewer cases of erectile dysfunction (ED) or the inability to keep or maintain an erection strong enough for lovemaking than those who engage in less intercourse.
