The National Democratic Congress has chosen not to use the photo album for its presidential and parliamentary primaries scheduled for May 13.
Fifi Kwetey, general secretary of the NDC, told the press on Friday that the party has decided to use only the delegate list for Saturday's elections.
Mr. Kwetey also stated that all delegates are required to vote with a valid voter identification card. He assured that all materials necessary for the primaries to proceed as planned have been distributed nationwide.
Dr. Duffuor, one of the three presidential candidates, filed a court injunction preventing the party from proceeding with the election on Tuesday.
In his petition, he cited concerns about alleged discrepancies in the party's electoral roll and the party's failure to provide his team with the photo album on time.
However, the former Minister of Finance withdrew his petition on Friday in order to resolve the issues internally. The court ultimately dismissed the complaint.
Elections are scheduled to take place in 274 constituencies across the country on Saturday, with the Manhyia South constituency currently holding elections.
Over 366,000 delegates are expected to vote in Saturday's election, with 739 candidates for parliament also participating.
Mr. Kwetey disclosed that 47 candidates for parliament are anticipated to run unopposed on Saturday.
