Thursday marked the one-week observance of Maadwoa in Kumasi – Adum.
Strangely, Maadwoa's friends did not attend the funeral to lament, but rather to drink and dance.
In a video that has surfaced on social media, both inexpensive slay queens and drunkards are on display. While the slay queens were dancing on the dance floor, the drunkards were still ordering alcohol.
No one at the funeral displayed any emotion. They were all cheerful.

Inspector Ahmed Twumasi, identified as her jealous lover, shot and killed her.
