Police are enforcers of the law. They are charged with protecting it, enforcing it and arresting those who break it.
What happens then when the police are the ones who break the law? What happens when they are the ones who hurt those they are supposed to protect?

The young man and his girlfriend were allegedly approached by a group of police but fled when told to get out. They then surrendered at a filling station where the young man was tasered. He then woke up in the hospital.
