The young lady identified as Wacukah wa Thiga took her own life yesterday. The bubbly young woman was battling depression.
This case is one of too many where young people below the age of 30 are committing suicide due to depression.
In a long post by Monicah Pishori, it was discovered that the deceased was going through a lot mentally following an altercation with her boyfriend who had stressed her to the point of losing her pregnancy.
In the long post, Monica revealed that Wacukah had been battling depression since 2017. Opening up about mental health challenges requires a lot of courage and strength.
