'Shock as 48-year-old widow dies while making love in a bush with young lover, 37, who inherited her

A 37-year-old man in Mbita has been nabbed after his 48-year-old girlfriend was found dead after making love in a bush.

The 37-year-old suspect is said to have inherited the 48-year-old widow according to Luo tradition following her hubby's demise.

After enjoying their drinks in the bar, the lovers hired a motorman to take them home but the rider left them a distance from home.

The duo decided to make love in the nearby bush, during which the lady lost her life.

Identified as Milca, the lady is said to have been inherited by the 37-year-old after the death of her husband, police confirmed.

The suspect is said to have ferried the body of the lady and partially interred it in sand inside another man’s compound.

"While at Got Rateng, a village a few metres from home, the two lovebirds decided to engage to make love in a nearby thicket until the lady passed away." said a source privy to the incident.

"Milca's body was later discovered partially buried in sand in what is perceived to be like the body had been transferred from the primary scene." the source adds.

She had no bruises.

Her body has since been transferred to the Homa Hospital morgue ahead of the autopsy exercise.
