The Girl Power program was designed to encourage and inspire female pupils to set lofty goals and take on societal challenges.

Using herself as an example, McBrown explained that although she lacks a certificate, she has fought her way to the top through passion and perseverance.
She encouraged the students to use the opportunity of graduating from college to alter their lives for the better.
McBrown expressed herself passionately in both Twi and English.
