Four American police officers from the suburb of Nashville called La Vergne were fired because they were accused of having sex on the job with a female cop, who was also fired.
La Vergne Police Department patrol officer Maegan Hall is at the center of the investigation. In December, it came out that she "had a sexual relationship" with at least four male officers.
According to the report, fellow patrol officers Juan Lugo-Perez, Lewis Powell, detective Seneca Shields, and Sgt. Henry Ty McGowan all admitted to the accusations. Shields said he had oral sex with Hall while on duty in the department's gym.
Hall, who is married, is also accused of showing her breasts at a steamy "family" boat party on Memorial Day with patrol officer Patrick Magliocco, who was suspended, and fellow officers David Durham and Eric Staats.
The report says that Magliocco said Staats, he, Durham, and Hall were in the hot tub when Hall's top came off, and then the two went to the bathroom to have sex.
Larry Holladay, a K-9 officer, and Gavin Schoeberl, a patrol officer, were also suspended and charged with sexual harassment after they sent each other sexual images.
Several of the male officers' wives also went to the hot tub party on Staats' boat, where Magliocco was seen pouring vodka down Hall's throat right before she took off her top.
The report says that Hall's top fell off, and Staats helped her put it back on because "he was trying to protect her."
Five US police officers are fired for having sex with a female officer while on duty.
Hall then took Magliocco into the bathroom and asked him if he "wanted to f***." When they got off the boat, Hall gave him oral sex.
The report says that Hall was open about her relationships with the other officers and that she once told Officer Magliocco about Officer Powell's d*** after having oral sex with him on the job.
Durham and Staats say they didn't date Hall in an inappropriate way.
Powell, who is married, at first denied having a sexual relationship with Hall several times and said, "Everyone knows she has multiple partners." Later, he admitted to having a sexual relationship with Hall.
On December 13, Magilocco told investigators that he and his wife had been dating Hall since the spring of 2022.
He said that Hall's husband saw her with his wife one day and didn't like the open relationship.
The report says, "At one party, Hall and Magliocco's wife started kissing, and Hall's husband came in and looked upset."
Hall seemed to hide her sexual relationships from her husband, and she asked other officers to lend her money so she could book hotels.
Magilocco told the police that he was worried about Hall's mental health because she got very drunk at his house party in early December and then drove home "drunk."
The report says that Hall had "harmful thoughts" and told her more than once that she shouldn't be alone.
On December 8, Magilocco told the department what he was worried about.
Officer Holladay was suspended for sending sexually explicit pictures, and Hall told him that she had "bad days."
Holladay told investigators that he once had Hall and other police officers over to watch football and drink a lot.
The title of the report says, "Holladay said there was talk of a threesome between him, Hall, and Holladay's ex." Holladay said nothing happened at the party.
The officer said that he had sex with Hall and that they met in hotel rooms to have sex. Their last time together was in mid-November.
Before Hall was hired on the force, she met up with her husband and another woman at Officer McGowan's house.
Hall was a candidate at the time, and she and the other woman had both taken their clothes off.
The report says that Hall's husband was upset. During that visit, McGowan said that he took out his penis while Hall was in the room and took a picture of it. He then sent that picture to Hall.
McGowan said he didn't have sex with Hall, but he admitted that she sent him explicit photos and videos.
Another worker said that McGowan came up to her while she was working and choked her.
He was fired because of the sexual relationship and the claims of violence at work.
At first, Hall said she hadn't slept with any of the men except for Holladay, and when she did, she said it was only at his house or in hotels.
But she said that she had sent naked pictures to other officers on her shift, like Holladay, Magliocco, and Officer Schoeberl.
She later changed her mind and told the truth about Magliocco, but she denied having a relationship with his wife.
The report says, "Magliocco had talked with Magliocco's wife about having a threesome, but nothing ever came of it."
Hall also said she had sexual encounters with both Lugo-Perez and Powell.
Investigators asked Lugo-Perez about the claims, but at first he denied them. Later, he told them that he had sex with Hall at the Go Cart USA in Murfreesboro and that he and Hall also sent and received naked pictures.
Hall admitted to having a long-term relationship with McGowan, even though McGowan pushed back and denied it.
The report says that Hall said she had sex with McGowan twice, most recently on December 4 at his house in La Vergne. Hall said that she and McGowan had been close for a long time, and that he once told her to "use me" if she ever wanted to have sex. Hall also said that she and McGowan would send each other nudes.
