6-Year-Old Boy Electrocuted By Pastor’s Container Shop At Fetteh Kakraba

Mon, 1 May 2023 Source: Club Mate

It's really sad to hear about what happened in Gomoa Fetteh Kakraba in the Central Region. A little boy named Theophilus Eleke, who was only six years old, passed away due to electrocution from a container shop allegedly owned by a pastor according to a report by Mybrytfmonline.com.

It's reported that the pastor had electrified his shop as a means to prevent armed robbers from breaking in, but the boy unintentionally touched it and lost his life.

It's heartbreaking to think that such a tragic incident occurred because of a safety measure that was put in place. The police have taken the boy's body to the mortuary for autopsy and preservation, while the pastor has been arrested for further investigation.

According to sources, the pastor has not yet furnished the electrified shop with materials, which raises questions about the safety measures that were taken. We hope that the investigation will bring about clarity on this matter and prevent such incidents from happening again in the future.
