A Plus To Should Stop Spreading “Diabolic” And “Fake News” About Afia Schwar’s Court Case - Lawyer Ampaw Warns

Mon, 12 Dec 2022 Source: Club Mate

Lawyer Maurice Ampaw told Kwame A Plus to stop making and spreading evil and false stories about the court case between Chairman Wontumi and Afia Schwarzenegger.

A Plus lied to the public in a now-deleted Facebook post that the bench warrant for Afia Schwarzenegger's arrest had been taken away by the court.

But in a quick response on Wontumi TV last Sunday, Lawyer Ampaw told the public that the court hasn't taken away her bench warrant. Instead, it has put it on hold because her lawyer asked the court to do so for health reasons.

Lawyer Ampaw said that the bench warrant was put on hold because Afia Schwarzenegger's lawyer told the court that she couldn't walk after having fat removed from her stomach.

"There is a difference between being suspended and having your license taken away," said lawyer Ampaw.

Nana Tonardo has told Afia Schwarzenegger not to be too happy about the news that the bench warrant for her arrest has supposedly been taken away.

A close friend of Afia Schwarzenegger named Kwame A Plus said that she had been set free in a Facebook post that has since been taken down.

This comes after the NPP Ashanti Regional Chairman, Wontumi, sued her for defamation and won a 10-day prison sentence from a Tema High Court.

"The bench warrant for Afia Schwarzenegger's arrest has been revoked by the trial judge," Kwame A Plus wrote in his post.

Afia Schwarzenegger also posted on Instagram, which seemed to confirm what A Plus had said.

"Thank you, Jesus. Judge, thank you so much."

But Nana Tonardo, who is Afia's enemy, has said that this isn't true. He also said that the court hasn't made a decision on the case yet.

Tonardo wrote, "Don't get too happy, because the court will still decide if you have to pay a fine or go to jail."
