Akwasi Addai Odike, a business magnate and founder of the now defunct United Progressive Party (UPP), has predicted that President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo will be remembered as the most wicked leader in the history of Ghana.
Speaking on Radio One, a member of ABN, the lawmaker claimed that Nana Addo's leadership could be compared to that of Nebuchadnezzar or even a reincarnation of the wicked king from the Bible.
I have lost count of the number of Ghanaians who have criticised Nana Addo's government for poor leadership. When he came to power, people all over the country were suffering.
I don't know what is going on, but if I am not mistaken, Nana Addo's reign is comparable to that of Nebuchadnezzar, or maybe he has been reincarnated, he lamented.
He claimed that while Ghana had experienced problems with its leadership before, Nana Addo would be the worst in the nation's history.
We have seen what Mahama and other politicians have done; it was terrible. Mahama oo will be worse and I don't support him because I heard he wants to come back. He won't come and influence anything. These leaders are very wicked, he said.
Mr Odike has categorically stated that he will contest the 2024 elections because he is the only hope for the nation.
