Some of Nana Ama Mcbrown's former colleagues appear to have been seriously hurt by her decision to leave Despite Media and join Media General.
Okay FM's senior presenter, Kwame Nkrumah Tikesse, took to his show shortly after the news broke that Nana Ama had joined Media General's Onua FM/TV to sing several songs disparaging the actress.
Ola Michael, who also works on Despite Media's Neat FM, used his show to openly criticise McBrown for the move, so it didn't end there.
In his comments on the issue, Ola Michael described McBrown's decision to join Onua TV as a sign of ingratitude and betrayal.
Ola claimed that Nana Ama McBrown, the ever cheerful employee of Notwithstanding Media, should be particularly grateful to the founders of the company or her employers because she has benefited greatly from their generosity.
If anyone has ever worked here and should be thanking the company's owners, it should be our sister Nana Ama. We have elevated you, but your treachery and ungraciousness has brought you down to class one. If anyone has ever worked here and should express gratitude to the owners of the business, it should be our sister Nana Ama. Our elevation of you to a higher pedestal has been lowered to class one due to disloyalty and ungraciousness,Ola added.
Ola went on to say that although he was aware that making such claims on air could get him into trouble with his bosses, he did not care.
