Chaos In Court As Man Tries Showing Judge His Manhood

On Monday, December 19, a man on trial for fraud tried to show the judge his manhood while saying he was brutally beaten by police officers from the Central Police Station in Nairobi, Kenya after his arrest. This was a dramatic turn in the case.

Clement Odera aka Hamisi was brought before the Chief Magistrate of Milimani, Micheni Wendy, on charges of trying to scam a job seeker.

He said;

I was hurt by the police officers, your honor. If you look at my private parts, you'll see that they are swollen. They hit me, and then they told me to take it.

After the claim, the magistrate told the police to hold him at the Central Police Station. Magistrate Wendy also told the Officer Commanding Station (OCS) to help get him to the hospital for a checkup.

Between November 1, 2021, and October 25, 2022, he was accused of working with another person who has not yet been caught to scam Christopher Nyalenda Sino out of Ksh1,866,000 by telling him he would help him get a job as a driver with a commissioner at the Judicial Service Commission (JSC).

But today in court, Odera tried to pull down his pants while telling the judge that his private parts were swollen because he had been beaten by police officers who, he said, forced him to admit to the crime.

The court also told the officer in charge of the investigation to give the court a report from a doctor. Odera was then let go after putting up a Ksh500,000 bond.
