A funeral turned violent when family members got into a physical altercation over the opening of the coffin.
When one of the deceased man's sons, known only as Diva, opened the casket at the burial site, some of his family members became upset.
The deceased man's son attempted to remove the cloth covering his late father's face as the crowd chanted his nickname, "Ngolo," but was unsuccessful.
His decision was supported by some male relatives who tried to stop him, but the ensuing struggle lasted only a few minutes.
A popular video shows mourners shouting, "Let him see his father. Let him see his father, my friend, and go see your father. Put on a mask. He's my father," Diva said in response, but was cut off by a relative.
After the altercation, a relative sealed the coffin, but sources claim that after the coffin was lowered, Diva and his brother peed in the tomb.
