1. Dapoxetine: This is a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) that is specifically designed to treat PE. It works by increasing the levels of serotonin in the brain, which helps to delay ejaculation. Dapoxetine is usually taken 1-3 hours before sexual activity and has been shown to be effective in delaying ejaculation in men with PE.

2. Tramadol: This is a pain medication that has been found to be effective in treating PE. It works by increasing the levels of serotonin and norepinephrine in the brain, which helps to delay ejaculation. Tramadol is usually taken 1-2 hours before sexual activity and has been shown to be effective in delaying ejaculation in men with PE.

3. PDE-5 inhibitors: These drugs, like sildenafil (Viagra), tadalafil (Cialis), and vardenafil (Levitra) are most commonly used to treat erectile dysfunction, but they have also been found to be effective in treating PE. They work by increasing blood flow to the penis, which helps to delay ejaculation. PDE-5 inhibitors are usually taken 30 minutes to an hour before sexual activity and have been shown to be effective in delaying ejaculation in men with PE.

4. Topical anesthetics: These drugs, like lidocaine or prilocaine, are applied directly to the penis before sexual activity. They work by temporarily numbing the sensitivity of the penis, which helps to delay ejaculation. Topical anesthetics are an effective treatment option for PE, but they should be used with caution as they may cause irritation or allergic reactions in some men.

It is important to note that these drugs should only be taken under the guidance and prescription of a doctor, as they may have side effects, contraindications, and can interact with other medications.

In addition to medication, behavioral therapies such as the squeeze technique, the start-stop technique, and the Masters and Johnson's technique have also been found to be effective in treating PE.

PE is treatable, and there are many options available to help men overcome this condition. If you are experiencing PE and are interested in treatment options, it is important to speak with your healthcare provider to find the best treatment plan for you.
