Fallen Angel Found In Russia Sparks Debate Whether It’s Real Or Not (Video)

Online commotion is being generated by a strange video of a "fallen angel" that Russian workers discovered in what looks to be a gravel dump.

On the video-sharing website TikTok, a number of strange rumors have started to circulate as the new year has begun. The theft of the Mona Lisa from the Louvre was first reported, then a resurrected video purporting to show Bigfoot traversing an icy bridge close to Snoqualmie Pass in Washington State.

The most recent video to go viral on the internet features a purported "fallen angel" discovered in Russia. On January 25, 2023, the video was posted for the first time on TikTok, and since then, it has received over 12 million views.

You might be interested to know what the employees who discovered the statue are saying in the video given that it is in Russian. They are heard indicating that they are roughly 340 kilometers (210 miles) away from the Amur Oblast town of Zeya.

Another TikTok user discovered a shaky English translation of the original video. They assert that the Russian employees spoke of "repenting" near the angel statue and of "electricity" emanating from it. They also claim that individuals in helicopters are en route to retrieve the statue.

A gravel hole contained the statue.

Internet analyzes the "fallen angel" video

Disagreements have swamped the original video's comment section. Some people firmly believe that the statue represents an actual fallen angel that has been preserved in stone. Some others think it's simply a statue or "old movie prop."

To determine if it is a monument, internet sleuths are analyzing the video. If you watch the video, you can see how the wind is causing the fabric on its head to sway back and forth. It's not a statue," a commenter on Twitter said.

This is not the first supposed "fallen angel" discovered in Russia.

Internet people are increasingly of the opinion that a true fallen angel has been discovered in Russia. It's ironic that a similar rumor dates back more than ten years.

2011 saw the spread of a myth claiming that a fallen angel's skeleton had been discovered in Russia. It was shown coupled with a historical news clip. Many people have made incorrect assumptions about the body being that of a "fallen angel," as the video was in Russian and had no subtitles.

In reality, a young man's skull and a goat or sheep's bones are shown in the news broadcast. They clarify that the objects found were probably the remains of a sacrificial or ritual burial.
