Fred Amugi Shares Shocking Personal Experience with Lookalike Craze

Sun, 16 Apr 2023 Source: Club Mate

Fred Amugi, a well-known Ghanaian actor, has spoken out about the recent trend of people claiming to be lookalikes of famous musicians. While some may have innocent intentions, others could have malicious motives. Uncle Fred advises musicians to put a stop to this trend as soon as possible.

He explains that if a person with ill intentions claims to be a lookalike of a musician and accepts an invitation to perform at an event, but fails to show up, it is the original musician who will suffer the consequences.

Fred Amugi shares his personal experience of being mistaken for the late Paul Victor Obeng KSG, despite working closely with him at the Castle. He emphasizes that he never claimed to be PV and always corrected those who approached him with things meant for him.

In summary, Fred Amugi advises musicians to be cautious of people claiming to be their lookalikes and to put a stop to it as soon as possible to avoid any negative consequences.
