Thu, 18 May 2023 Source: Club Mate

Kojo Forex, a forex trader from Ghana, has taken legal action against Bongo Ideas, a notorious Twitter troll from the same country. After engaging in a series of heated exchanges on social media, Kojo Forex decided to put an end to the online feud by summoning Bongo Ideas to court. Initially, Kojo had requested Bongo to stop the online harassment, but unfortunately, Bongo didn't comply and even went as far as contacting their own lawyers to respond to the legal complaint. However, Kojo Forex has now shared on social media a copy of the official writ, which officially summons Bongo Ideas to appear before the court. The writ, addressed to Alber Nathaniel Hyde, instructs Bongo Ideas to respond within eight days after being served with the writ. This legal move marks a significant development in their ongoing dispute.

It is evident that Kojo Forex has taken a decisive step by summoning Bongo Ideas to court. This action highlights their determination to resolve the conflict and seek a legal resolution. By sharing the writ on social media, Kojo Forex is making it clear that they are committed to addressing the issue in a formal and legal manner. It remains to be seen how Bongo Ideas will respond to this summons and what the outcome of the court proceedings will be.
