1. Heat
When it's hot, sperm gets watery, and watery sperm is pretty much useless. Don't wear more than one pair of underwear; if you need to, go without one. Always keep your genitalia clean, nice, and open.
2. Too much weight
Extra weight can make it hard to get an erection and cause other problems with reproduction. Keep an eye on your weight. If you need to, lose a few pounds.

3. Excess sugar
Sugar shouldn't be eaten in large amounts by men. The reason is that too much sugar can make it hard to get an erection or make it weak.
4. Radioactivity
Men like to keep their cell phones in their pockets, which gives off radiation that can be bad for their s3xual organs, especially if they are close to their penile or scrotal area. About 9% of the live sperm in a fluid sample can die because of these radiations. So, you should keep your phone far away from your genitalia.
5. Stress
Health experts say that stress can change the shape of the sperm. When this happens, the sperm loses mobility, which means it can't move far enough to fertilize an egg. Try as hard as you can not to let stress get out of hand.
6. Drinking alcohol and smoking
Drinking and smoking have never been good for anyone's health, let alone sperm. If you drink and smoke a lot, your sperm will not be as good.
