Dr Kwaku Oteng, a Ghanaian business magnate, recently said in an interview that he does not have as much money as many people think.
He clarified that a recent statement made by Oliver Khan on Bright Kankam Boadu's Sports Show on Pure FM during one of his comedic relief stints was actually true.
Oliver said it will take him a long time to make even a million dollars from the sale of the cases of Adonko Bitters he has created, but it is actually true, the owner of the Angel Group of Companies said.
Dr Kwaku Oteng explained that after deducting the cost of producing these drinks and the cost of transporting them to different regions of Ghana, they are often left with just Ghc5 as profit.
He invited others listening to his interview with Kwame Adinkra to estimate how long it would take them to make a substantial profit.
The owner of Adonko Company Limited emphasised that many people only perceive him as extremely wealthy is by grace.
Dr Kwaku Oteng said he did not know the exact total number of cars he owned for his private businesses and companies, adding that it was now more than a hundred.
As it is very clear that the business magnate has deep pockets, this statement is getting a lot of feedback online.
Many online users believe that he is simply trying to be modest about his wealth.
