A woman in Nairobi who used to date several men for money has really come to regret what she did.
The woman said she was very eager to get married.
The woman named Stacy said she missed having a man by her side so much that she tried to find a partner on dating sites but didn't find a good one.
"A few years ago, I would often ignore men because I was so beautiful. I took them for granted, even the ones who were very serious and wanted to settle down with me. All I wanted was money and freedom; being a wife felt like being confined.
"Now I’m getting older, I have realized that I need one guy to call my own and that I really want to get married "she said.
The woman said that she had even promised to pay the dowry for her husband if she got one. She stated: “ I’m willing to do whatever it takes to get a good man in my life. Me paying the bride price and all wedding expenses is not a problem.”
