I nearly missed out on meeting the love of my life because I needed to pee

Sat, 19 Nov 2022 Source: Club Mate

It was about 9:00 p.m. and I was out on a date with the man who would later become my husband. We were having a great time, but I had to go to the bathroom really bad. I excused myself and headed for the restaurant's restroom.

As I was walking, I realized that I was going to have to take a really long time in the bathroom, because I had to go pee, poop, and clean myself all at once. I knew that if I didn't take care of business now, I would likely have to go somewhere else, and I didn't want to miss out on any more time with my date.

So I went into the bathroom and took care of business as quickly as possible. I was actually a little bit proud of myself for being so efficient.

But as I was finishing up, I heard someone coming into the bathroom. I knew it was my date, so I quickly tried to clean up and leave, but I was too slow. He saw me in the bathroom and it was pretty embarrassing.

Thankfully, he was understanding and we were able to laugh about it later. But if I hadn't needed to pee so urgently, I might have missed out on meeting the love of my life.

It's a good thing that I didn't miss out on meeting the love of my life, because I needed to pee!

My husband is someone who makes me feel like a queen. He always goes out of his way to make sure that I am happy and taken care of. He does things like surprises me with little gifts or taking me on special dates. He is always there for me when I need him, and I love him for that. I really appreciate all that he does for me, and I can't imagine my life without him.

Even after years of being together, my husband still treats me like a queen. He never takes me for granted, and always goes the extra mile to make sure I'm happy. I love him for that, and I know I'll always be grateful for how lucky I am to be with him.

I could have missed out on all this with a nature’s call of going to the rest room, I honestly think what is meant to be will be but our actions within seconds might change a lot in the future for us.
