Israel Adesanya, the famous Nigerian mixed martial artist, is facing legal action from his ex-girlfriend, Charlotte Powdrell, who is demanding half of his wealth. Despite never being married and not having any children together, Powdrell argues that she deserves a significant portion of Adesanya's assets because of their long-term relationship and her support during his career in the UFC.
The news was revealed by UFC fighter Sean O'Malley during a podcast on the Suga YouTube channel. O'Malley expressed disbelief at Powdrell's demands, considering they were not married and he was unaware of Adesanya even having a girlfriend. Adesanya's relationship with Powdrell gained attention when she was seen with him after his victory over Robert Whittaker in 2019.
