It Was Waste Of Time Working At The Bank, I Earn More Selling Soap - Lady explains

Fri, 2 Dec 2022 Source: Club Mate

Yaa Anima, who is the CEO of Green Essentials, said that she quit her job as a Relationship Officer in banking after two years because she didn't like it as much.

Miss Anima said in an interview on SVTV Africa's Daily Hustle that she is not cut out to work in banking. Anima says that she had already started her business, but she chose to take the corporate job because she didn't think the business could support her.

"There are a lot of things we can make on our own, but we don't think much about them. I didn't think it would be enough to support my family and me, so I started a side business, but banking took up all of my time. I finally realized that banking wasn't my thing and that the stress was too much for me.

Trust me. Even in a bad month, this business pays more than the bank. I wasn't proud of what I could do. The pay is about right. The difference is not that big. If you want to be a banker, you can do it. "But I don't want it," said Yaa.

Also, Miss Anima told the young people to learn a trade. Even if they don't want to make it their job, they should learn it for their own mental health. Even if it doesn't make you any money. I'd rather do that than do nothing. When I wake up in the morning, I know I have something to do. Even just that helps."

Green Essentials and Yaa Anima both make liquid soaps, lotions, bleach, floor cleaners, and more.
