Recently, a jealous guy was detained for murdering his ex-wife after seeing her with another man. The suspect, Lovemore Chishiri, 44, was passing when he noticed his ex-wife Spiwe Chichiri hanging around with her new partner. As a result, he developed intense jealousy and anger and beat his ex-wife to death.

Prior to the incident, the deceased woman said that she had reported her ex-harassment husband's to the police. The deceased woman described how her ex-husband would frequently threaten to kill both of them if he caught her with another man.

He does, however, flee the town every time she calls the police and reports him.

According to reports, the deceased woman and her ex-husband were married for ten years before divorcing because the man was apparently impotent. Therefore, following the divorce, the two couples parted ways.

However, even after their divorce, the husband continued to stalk and threaten his ex-wife, saying that if he ever caught her with another man, he would kill them both.

The deceased woman and her lover were so laughing together while wandering alone in the bush around last week. Her ex-husband felt envious when he spotted them and approached them to attack her new boyfriend with a stick.

He then took a cutlass out of his bag pack and killed his wife by butchering her. He quickly fled after performing the act, but was eventually apprehended.

Assistant Commissioner Paul Nyathi, a spokesman for the national police, confirmed Lovemore's detention.

He claimed that Lovemore Chichiri killed his ex-wife Spiwe Chishiri in cold blood after discovering her with a boyfriend in Lower Paradise. "ZRP Marondera arrested Lovemore Chichiri in connection with a murder case," he said.
