Lecturer repeatedly slaps student who wore “mufti” to class

So, there's a video that has gone viral, showing a lecturer from Imo State University allegedly assaulting one of his students. In the video, the lecturer can be seen slapping the student repeatedly while asking why he came to class wearing regular clothes instead of his uniform.

The student tried to explain that he had just come from the hospital, but the lecturer didn't seem to listen and continued to hit him. This kind of behavior is not okay, and a lot of people in Nigeria have spoken out against it. You can check out the video if you want to see what happened.
