Luiz Suarez, a striker for Uruguay, thinks that he and his teammates will do everything they can to beat Ghana and move on to the next round of the 2022 World Cup.

Uruguay has only one point in Group H after two games. They lost to Portugal on Monday.

At the same time, Ghana won a big game that made it more likely that they would get to the round of 16.

The Black Stars beat the Asian giants 3-2, which made it more likely that they would move on to the next round.

If the four-time African champions want to move on to the Round of 16, they can't lose to Uruguay.

Before the game, Suarez said that he and his teammates would do whatever it took to win.

"We only have one point, and whether we win or lose will depend on the last game against Ghana. If we want our fans to be happy, we have to win."

"We're going to give this last game everything we've got. Ghana is a good team, but we know how to beat them because we've already done it."

"We've seen their videos, and their defense is weak, so we'll use that against them," he said.

In the quarterfinals of the 2010 World Cup in South Africa, Luis Suarez's handball kept Ghana from moving on to the semifinals.

In the last minute of extra time at the Soccer City Stadium in Johannesburg, a forward who used to play for Liverpool and Barcelona stopped a header from Dominic Adiyiah of Ghana from going in.

Suarez made a save on the line that a goalkeeper could have made, so he got a straight red card.

Ghana also got a penalty, but Asamoah Gyan's shot from 12 yards out hit the crossbar. Suarez went crazy on the sidelines, and there was a shootout at the end of the game.

Uruguay won the penalty shootout and moved on to the semifinals, and Luis Suarez's bad move was praised.
