The member of parliament for Builsa South from the National Democratic Congress (NDC) said that he loves dog meat so much that it can't be said enough.

Dr. Clement Apaak, who says he is the "global President of the DOG eaters Association" in Ghana, says that dog meat is still one of his favorites, even though prices have gone up recently.

He says that the meat isn't just for eating; it can also protect people from spiritual attacks.

He said these things on Okay FM in Accra. He said that he often rubs the fat from dog meat on his seat in parliament.

He said that this helps protect him from any kind of attack, no matter how it comes.

Dr. Apaak said that the head is the most expensive part of dog meat. He also said that it is the prize at the annual Frafra games in Accra.

Natasha Choolun, an animal rights activist from all over the world, tried to get the lawmaker to stop people from eating dog and cat meat. The lawmaker fought back and won.

Dr. Apaak said that the petition will never be heard because it was dead when it got there.
