Arnold Masuka, a forty-year-old Zimbabwean man, told the court that he was no longer interested in his wife Hilda Mleya, who is thirty years old, because she is too beautiful.
Arnold said this to the judge, whose name was Henry Chizvidzo.
Zimbabwean Live said that Arnold was getting a divorce from his wife because she was so beautiful that it kept him up at night.
Things got so bad that he was afraid to go to work or leave her alone because he thought other men would steal her away.
The judge said that this was the first time he had dealt with a case like this.
Arnold reportedly decided to divorce his wife through the court after realizing that she was the most beautiful woman he had ever seen in Gokwe, Zimbabwe.
He told the court in Shona that his wife always smiled, and he was worried that this might make other men interested in her.
In his decision, Henry Chizvidzo asked the couple's two families to work out the problem with the couple.
