Man Killed By The Cow He Bought For Christmas- See How Everything Happened

The Sun Nigeria says that on Christmas Eve in Obogoro community, Yenagoa Local Government Area, a cow that was supposed to be killed for Christmas on Sunday went crazy and killed Mr. Sobokime Igodo, a former youth leader of the village.

A witness who asked to remain anonymous said that the man who died and his friends in the community would often give money to buy a cow, which they would then kill every Christmas.

The former youth leader of the community's annual celebration was a disappointment because the cow they bought this year wouldn't be killed. Instead, he killed the dead.

The witness told reporters that the deceased had hired two butchers to kill the cow they had bought for their usual celebration. It was thought that the cow was killed in front of the deceased's home.

The two butchers did everything they could to get the cow to stand up so they could kill it, but it wouldn't. But the cow wouldn't stand up, so they kept trying to figure out how to kill it.

Then, the dead person, who had been inside the house, went outside to see what was going on, but she was on the phone and didn't see what was going on with the two butchers and the cow. The cow suddenly kicked the dead, who was still on duty, so hard that he fell to the ground and broke his back. The cow then got up and ran toward him.

The former youth president was quickly taken to the Federal Medical Centre (FMC) in Yenagoa before he was taken to the University of Port Harcourt Teaching Hospital in Rivers, where he died.

The testimony was, "The person who died was on a call when the Christmas cow ran up to him and kicked him so hard that he fell to the ground and broke his back. He was rushed to the hospital, where it was said that he had died.

Sobokime's family and the people of Obogoro were very saddened by the way he died, and his death ruined the celebrations for his family and the kids in the area."

Even though it was confirmed that the person had died, the Bayelsa State Commissioner of Police, Benjamin Okolo, said that the person's body had been put in the mortuary until his family decided where to bury him.
