I heard a very sad story that I'd like to share with you. A young man recently went on Aunty Naa's show on Oyerepa FM to tell his heart-wrenching tale. He was married to a police officer named Belinda Asantewaa who was stationed in Cape Coast.
This man claims that he took care of Belinda during her time in school and even paid for her to enter the police service. The day before their wedding, Belinda told him that she was pregnant with his child. Despite this news, he went ahead with the wedding and their son was born a few months later.
However, when the man held a christening ceremony for their child, he found out that another man, a customs officer, had also held a similar ceremony for the same baby boy. Belinda's parents then asked for an invoice of all the money he had spent on their daughter, promising to repay him, but they have not done so after four months.
Now, the young man is being threatened by Belinda that she will harm him if he goes to Cape Coast to demand his money back. It's a very sad situation, and I hope that things get better for this man.
