A popular Ghanaian gospel singer, Moses Osei Kwarteng, also known as Moses OK, has cautioned Christians against listening to secular music if they desire to enter heaven.
According to him, Christians who indulge in non-scriptural songs risk contaminating their spirituality.
In a recent interview with entertainment journalist Victor Kodom from Onua TV/Onua FM, Moses explained that secular music does not edify Christians and they should, therefore, steer clear of it.
He emphasized that it's important to listen to Gospel music, which he described as having the spirit of God.
Moses stated that the words in the lyrics of Gospel songs are powerful and have the ability to create an impact on one's life. He noted that as believers, it's essential to be mindful of the kind of music they consume.
Only Gospel songs that correspond with the scriptures and carry the word of God should be given priority.
Moses urged genuine Christians, those with the spirit of God in them, to make a conscious effort to listen to Gospel music. He maintained that God gave us His word as a light onto our path and therefore, we should not take it lightly.
