Even though he found out his wife was cheating on him, one man took the news pretty well because he liked the "rich" man she was sleeping with behind his back.
It's never good to find out that your partner is cheating on you.
But maybe this guy is an exception to that rule.
When the husband found out that his wife was sleeping with a man who had more money than him, he didn't do what you would expect.
The hurt guy didn't want to tell her how sad he was, so he came up with something else to do.
He wanted to be friends with the "rich" man his wife was sleeping with for a number of interesting reasons, one of which was that he liked that she was getting out of the house.
Oh, and that his Scalextric set is "great."
The anonymous guy explained on Twitter's confession page Fesshole: "My wife is having an affair with some rich guy, and she doesn't think I know about it.
A man catches a couple cheating.
The man wants to make friends with the "other" man.
"I'd like to be friends with the guy she's seeing because I know he has a great Scalextric set and he keeps my wife out of the house a lot so I can have some peace and quiet."
After the confession was made public, a lot of people on Twitter went to the comments to say what they thought the husband should do.
Someone laughed and said, "It's about time you got things back on track..."
Another user said, "That could get a little racy!"
And a third said: "If everyone is happy with the plan, that's fine. Maybe tell your partner you know (and that you're okay with it)
"It could make her life a lot less stressful.
"Also, why not start your own collection of Scalextrics? It might be a good way to get to know him better."
Someone else suggested: "Talk to your wife about it, and if you want to be with more than one person, figure out how to do that.
"It looks like a win-win situation for both sides."
A fifth said, "You'd also get some peace and quiet if you got a divorce and made her leave, mate."
