Maurice Ampaw, a lawyer, wants the leaders of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) to kick Hon. Kennedy out of the race to be their flagbearer.
Lawyer Ampaw says that the Member of Parliament for Assin Central shouldn't be in the flagbearership race until he apologizes to the Judiciary for insulting a judge.
“Agyapong has to be disqualified by the NPP. He is a non-starter; he has insulted the judiciary and must be facing jail term. He has even called for coupe d’etat”, lawyer Ampaw said as reasons to disqualify Mr. Kennedy Agyapong.
Lawyer Ampaw talked about the situation on Wontumi TV, which was watched by Wontumionline. He said that Mr. Agyapong should be treated the same way as some UTV pundits who disrespected the court on air.
