He stressed that some of them can even kill the people who really want to help before their time, so people who want to do good things should be extra careful and wise.

His call comes at a time when many people find it hard to give because some beggars are said to work for the devil and try to hurt people.
Some people even believe that most foreigners who beg on the streets do so to get money to fund terrorist groups and operations.
