Rev. Dr. Daniel Otoh, the associate pastor of The Shepherd's House Assembly in Abuja, Nigeria, passed away while preaching on the altar of the church on Sunday, December 4, 2022.

Pastor Mrs. Jackie Talena, speaking for Shepherd's House Assembly International, made the sad news public in a statement on Tuesday.
Reverend Otoh was also a doctor of medicine.
"It is with great shock and sadness that we at The Shepherd's House Assembly announce that our beloved pastor, husband, father, and medical consultant, Rev. Dr. Daniel Otoh, has gone to be with the Lord.
“He was a great treasure and inspiration to us all here at the Shepherd’s House church.
“In conjunction with the family, visitation and funeral announcements will be made available as soon as those details are finalised.
“We do not mourn. To sleep in Christ is a gain to heaven. Let God be God,” the statement reads.
