Reverend Sacrifices Everything For Her Husband's Treatment Only To Have Her In-Laws Do This To Her

Reverend Elizabeth Wahome Karanja told how she spent everything she had to pay for her husband's treatment, but her in-laws hated her and kicked her out of the family.

Elizabeth is a reborn Christian who trusts and believes in God. Wahome and Karanja are her last names because they are the names of her two late husbands. She got married to Karanja in 1983, and they were together for 10 years and had four children. When chaos broke out in the country in 1992, her husband went to save people, including his mother. When he found out how much worse things were, he was shocked, and one of his blood veins burst, which caused him to bleed inside. He did not notice, though.

He went back home after the mission went well. After three weeks, Elizabeth noticed that something was wrong, so she took him to the hospital. When doctors looked at him, there was a lot of clotting from the blood, and they didn't know if he would live or die.

When her husband died, they went to see him with other family members. But the time set aside for visiting patients had not yet come. They begged the doctors to let her see him alone, and they agreed. He was in very bad shape when she found him, but he was still breathing. Then she went outside with her family and waited for the right time to come. They were all surprised when they all went in. The room was full of blood, but her husband wasn't there. The doctors then told them that he wasn't going to make it.

Elizabeth stayed for 19 years before she married Wahome for the second time. They were together for years until Karanja got sick in 2019 with a disease no one knew about. When the doctors checked him out, they told him he should go to therapy even though they didn't find any diseases. Before her in-laws started making trouble, the therapy started and went on until February 2022.

The wife's father-in-law called and asked them to come over, saying he had something important to say. When they got there, they were welcomed, but it surprised her that the father didn't have anything to say. He also told her husband he couldn't go back to Nairobi. Karanja asked to go back, though, and that's how they were able to leave for Nairobi.

Three months later, her husband's parents told her that he was being treated at Murang'a Hospital. This meant that she could only go see him on weekends. The in-laws then started to show her how much they hated her. Every time she went to see her husband, they treated her like she was a stranger. This kept getting worse, and her father-in-law finally threatened to beat her. They said she hadn't cared for her husband.

She stayed there for three weeks without seeing her husband until a woman who knew them as her parents-in-law made her go see him. They went there together, but she couldn't even talk to her husband at first. The woman who traveled with them was able to persuade the in-laws, and they let her only greet him.

After going back to Nairobi, the two met again at a polling station on August 9, which was Election Day. They called the husband's parents to find out how he was doing. The good news was that he was getting better.

The next month, she got some bad news. The husband had died, and the in-laws told her. The thing that hurt her the most was that she didn't find out about his death until four days later. She also only had two days before the funeral to get ready.

Because of this, it was hard for her to tell her friends, so she put it on social media. But it hurt her relationships with some of them. How would you feel if you found out four days after the fact that a close friend of yours had died?

Karanja was buried, and that family kicked her out with nothing. She also apologized to her friends, who had turned against her because of what she had done.
