A one-week celebration is scheduled in honor of the police officer, his wife, and their three-month-old baby who died in the fire in Kumasi on Monday.
The event will take place between 6 a.m. and 6 p.m. on January 31, 2023, at Asante Akyem Adomfe in the Ashanti area.
Sergeant Owusu Asante Barfi, 35, his wife Millicent Adjei, 30, and their 3-month-old baby were all burned when a fire broke out in their apartment.
When the fire started, the family who lived on the top floor couldn't get out because the windows and doors were locked. Neighbors tried to help them, but they couldn't get out because the windows and doors were locked.m
