The picture shows the founder of Perez Chapel International answering his spiritual calling some 37 years ago.
Back in 1985, he stood in front of a group of people and told them about the good news of God and the miracles of Christ.
In an Instagram post on 17 March, he said the event happened in Asamankese during a big revival.
Although these photos were taken 37 years apart, one thing remained the same: Archbishop Agyinasare worked hard to spread God's word.
He always had the same look on his face, stood behind the same lecterns, and his hand gestures showed how passionate he was.
He posted the picture to remind his followers to work hard and not to look down on small beginnings.
The old picture was taken two years before Archbishop Agyinasare founded the Word Miracle Church International, later known as Perez Chapel International, in 1987.
With 14,000 seats, the Pentecostal-Charismatic ministry is believed to be the largest auditorium in Ghana.
