The CEO of the McDan Group of Companies says that young people today don't work hard and don't take advantage of opportunities.
McDan, one of Ghana's most successful businesspeople, said on Joy News that young people would do better if they got over their constant need to sleep, took risks, and pushed themselves further.
McDan said that most young people are lazy and careless because they want to do the least amount of work possible.
"Today's young people sleep too much." Kids' gloves have been used to test them. There are a lot of chances out there, but they have to work for them. Manna does not fall from heaven. "There is too much money in the system, but young people are confused and lazy." McDan.
In response to McDan's claim, journalist Appiah Kubi of Angel Fm slammed the business mogul for making those untrue and insulting comments about the youth of Ghana.
The outspoken journalist said that McDan should tell Ghanaians how many young people he has hired based on all of his braggadocious comments in the media. Otherwise, he should not go from one media house to another smearing the reputation of young people, the journalist said.
