Student nurse expelled, arrested for having relationship with patient at psychiatric hospital abroad

So, I heard that a Nigerian guy who was studying to become a nurse went abroad to do his placement in a mental health hospital. However, it seems he got himself into a bit of trouble by getting romantically involved with a female patient at the facility.

A Twitter user named Temitope Olowu shared this shocking news and mentioned that the nursing student even shared some inappropriate photos with the patient.

Unfortunately, when their relationship was discovered, the institution took some serious actions. They not only removed the student from the program but also pressed charges against him for taking advantage of a patient who was already struggling with mental health issues.

Temitope wrote;

Exchanging explicit photos with her. University has terminated his course. Police is involved. Safeguarding enquiry is underway

Na jazz and ment. She said she’s in love with him. She’s a vulnerable adult. He took advantage of her. It’s a crime.”
