Ghanaians are buzzing with excitement as Nana Ama McBrown officially begins her job at Onua TV, owned by Media General, one month after leaving her previous station, UTV.
The highly-anticipated Onua Showtime with Nana Ama McBrown premiered to an epic reception, being broadcasted on free-to-air station Onua TV, as well as streamed on Facebook and YouTube. The show quickly gained a massive following, with over 3,200 views on YouTube and 11,000+ views on Facebook in just 29 minutes.
Fans of the actress and TV host are blown away by the positive response to the show and are saying that UTV has truly lost a valuable gem. It's no surprise as Nana Ama McBrown is arguably the most influential celebrity in Ghana and her move to Onua is a huge acquisition for the station.
